A look inside

Every review, answered well.

Here's what the app does. On Concierge, we're the ones using it. The tough ones still come to you first.

Every review in one place, sorted by what matters.

The ones that need you sit at the top. You always know what's next.

ReviewFloAI inbox — reviews sorted by priority

Every reply is yours to change.

Ask for shorter, warmer, more direct. Flo rewrites it on the spot.

ReviewFloAI reply editor with steering instruction

Three complaints in one review? All three get answered.

Most replies answer the first thing and skip the rest. Customers notice.

ReviewFloAI reply addressing every complaint

Ask the kitchen what happened, then reply.

Private notes only your team sees. What happened that night, who was working. So the reply isn't a guess.

ReviewFloAI investigation notes panel

A reply isn't the same as resolved.

Track the ones still open, and close them out once it's really settled.

Guard

A bad reply does more damage than a bad review.
Guard catches them first.

Admitting fault, promising a refund, one wrong word on an allergy complaint. Guard reads every draft for all of it, before the reply reaches you. Nothing posts without a human okay.

Good reviews

Your happy customers deserve an answer too.

Someone took the time to say something kind about your restaurant. A good reply thanks them and gives them a reason to come in again. You pick how it sounds.

★★★★★

Came in for our anniversary dinner and the staff went above and beyond. Our server remembered we were celebrating and surprised us with dessert. The scallops were perfect.

Flo's draft

Daniel, an anniversary and a surprise dessert. That's a good night. So glad the scallops landed. Come see us on a Thursday sometime, that's our quiet one and we'll take good care of you.

— Dana, Marlowe's Bistro
Flo's draft

Thank you for celebrating your anniversary with us. Our team was glad to be part of it, and we're delighted the scallops were a highlight. We'd love to have you back, the patio opens next month.

— Dana, Marlowe's Bistro
Flo's draft

It was a pleasure to host your anniversary, and thank you for the kind words about our team. We hope to welcome you again soon; our autumn menu arrives in October.

— Dana, Marlowe's Bistro

Warm but steady. It's the voice most restaurants land on.

Every one of them ends with a reason to come in again. That's the part we know well, and it's the part we do all day.

The difference

Any AI can write a draft.
The draft was never the hard part.

The hard part is knowing when a reply needs to say less, not more. Catching the sarcasm, and knowing which ones shouldn't be answered without you.

Generic AI

  • Stops at the first draft
  • Reads sarcasm as praise
  • Apologizes for things you didn't do
  • You're on your own if it goes wrong
  • Thanks a happy customer and moves on

ReviewFloAI

  • Checked before you ever see it
  • Flags sarcasm and fake praise
  • Handles sensitive reviews without admitting fault
  • A real person behind it, not just software
  • Gives a happy customer a reason to come back
Flo writes it. · Guard checks it. · A real person signs off.

A chatbot hands you a draft and walks away. Here, someone is accountable for what goes up under your name.

What's included

Everything built for how
restaurants actually work.

Not a general business tool wearing a restaurant hat. Built from scratch for owners who are in the kitchen, not at a desk.

Fast drafts

No blank page, ever.

Ready when you are. A review comes in, the reply's written and waiting. Approve it, change it, or ask for another.

Your voice

Sounds like you, not a template.

Your style, your call. Pick how you want to sound: casual, professional, or refined. Every reply follows it, and every edit you make teaches us how you'd have said it.

Guard

Checked before it reaches you.

Every draft, every time. Tone, sarcasm, sensitive situations, phrases that could cost you. All screened on the way through.

Getting reviews in

Answering them is half the job.

More reviews coming in. Your own QR code and link, ready to print. Customers scan at the table and go straight to leaving you a review. Concierge gets a printed stand for the counter, one per location, shipped when you go live.

Resolution tracking

A reply isn't the end of it.

See it through. Track the open ones privately, add notes, mark them done when they're actually done.

Quick Reply

One tool for every platform.

Yelp, Facebook & other platforms. Paste any review in, get a Guard-checked draft in seconds, copy it back. No integration needed.

Any device

Approve it from your phone.

Wherever you are. Phone, tablet, or the office computer — nothing to download. The reply's already written, so it's a read and a tap between tables.

Happy customers

Every good review is an invitation.

Bring them back. A good review is someone who already likes you. The reply thanks them and gives them a reason to come in again — the easiest customer to win back is the one who already had a good night.

Multilingual

A review in Spanish? Replied in Spanish.

Speaks their language. You also get an English summary, so you always know what was said and what you said back.

F&B-only

Built for food and beverage. Not adapted for it.

Made for your world. A generic tool doesn't know an allergy complaint is different from a slow-service complaint. That difference is the whole job.

Straight talk

Who this is really for.

Built for independent restaurants. Here's how to tell if we're a fit.

Your 14 days start when your reviews are live in the app — not the day you sign up. Chasing your old marketing company for Google access costs you nothing.

Month-to-month. Cancel anytime, and we'll walk you through removing our access in under a minute.

Fair use: up to 200 replies a month per location — more than almost any single restaurant sees. Running higher than that usually means you're a group, and we'll reach out about a multi-location rate rather than cut anything off.

Concierge · done for you

We handle it. You see what matters.

Here's exactly what happens after you start your trial.

01
Set up your account.

Onboarding walks you through connecting your Google profile and setting your voice. About five minutes, and you stay the owner. Your 14 days don't start until we're live, so tracking down access costs you nothing.

02
We start answering.

Your everyday replies get written, checked and posted without you. You can look in whenever you want — you just don't have to.

03
The tough ones come to you first.

1–2★ and sensitive reviews come to you before we write a word — we email you, and you can handle it from your phone. You tell us how you want it handled, we do the rest.

04
Everything else is done by tomorrow.

Review comes in, Flo writes it, Guard checks it, one of our people signs off, it posts. Next business day, every time.

No. We know access is the part owners worry about most, so here's exactly what it means. You add us as a Manager on your Google Business Profile, which is a one-time, 5-minute setup. That means: you stay the owner of your profile, always. We can only read reviews and post replies — we never touch your email, contacts, or any other Google service. Nothing posts without a human okay. On Starter that's you approving each one. On Concierge that's our team, and 1–2★ and sensitive reviews still come to you first. You can remove us in one click anytime from your Google settings; we'll show you how.

On Starter, nothing posts until you say so — edit it, ask for another, or write your own. On Concierge, our team does that for the everyday ones, and anything 1–2★ or sensitive comes to you before we write a word. Either way, a person reads it before it goes up.

Guard detects it automatically. Reviews mentioning illness, allergies, lawsuits, or health departments trigger a special mode. The response is shorter, carefully worded, and routes the conversation to private email. You don't have to think about what not to say. We already thought of it.

They get a real reply, not just a thank-you. Someone who left you five stars already likes you, so the reply thanks them by name and gives them a reason to come back in. You pick the style — casual, professional, or refined — and every reply follows it.

Think of it as a manager who reads every reply before it goes out. Guard runs multiple checks on every response: tone, apology, safety, banned phrases, sensitive content. If anything's off, it gets rewritten before you ever see it. Guard does the heavy lifting. You make the final call.

You create your account and set your voice, then add us as a Manager on your Google Business Profile. Once that's connected, your reviews come into your inbox with replies already written and waiting. On Starter you approve them and we post; on Concierge we handle it and only send you the tough ones. You also get your QR code and link right away, ready to print. Your 14 free days start when your reviews are live, not the day you sign up — so if you have to chase someone for Google access, it costs you nothing.

About five minutes. You create your account, tell us about your restaurant, set your voice, and add us as a Manager on your Google Business Profile. Onboarding walks you through each step. Most restaurants are live within a day or two.

No. It runs in your phone's browser, on a tablet, or on a computer — there's nothing to download. The reply is already written and waiting, so approving one takes a few seconds between tables. On Concierge you don't log in for the everyday ones at all; when a 1–2★ or sensitive review comes to you, you can handle that from your phone too.

That's what Guard prevents. Most tools hand you a response and leave you to spot the problems. Guard checks every reply for banned phrases, generic filler, and missing apologies. If something's off, it gets rewritten before you ever see it.

No. Any AI can write a first draft. That's the easy part. The hard part is everything around it: knowing when a reply needs to say less, catching sarcasm, refusing to admit fault on a sensitive review, and flagging the ones that shouldn't be answered without you. A chatbot does none of that and leaves the catching to you. And when something goes wrong, there's nobody to call. Here, there's a person.

We focus on Google because that's where most customers look first, and it's the one platform where we can post replies on your behalf. For Yelp, Facebook, and other platforms, we include Quick Reply: paste any review in, get a Guard-checked draft, and copy it back. All your reviews covered, one tool.

Every reply gets a human okay before it goes live. That's on purpose. It's your restaurant's name on the line. On Starter, that's you: the reply's written and waiting, and you approve it in seconds. On Concierge, that's us: we write and post for you, and the tough ones, 1–2★ and sensitive reviews, still come to you. Speed without anything posting on its own.

You pick a style to start: casual, professional, or refined. Every reply follows it. When you change a reply, we keep that — so the next one is closer to how you'd have written it yourself.

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no awkward phone calls. Cancel from your account settings anytime. When you do, we'll send you a one-step guide to remove our Google Business Profile access. It takes less than a minute and we walk you through it. Your trial is 14 days with no credit card required.

No credits and no per-review fees. Fair use is up to 200 replies a month per location, which is more than almost any single restaurant sees. If you're consistently running higher, you're probably a group or a very busy multi-location — we'll reach out about a rate that fits, not cut anything off.

Each location has its own Google profile, its own reviews, and its own voice — so each one is its own plan. If you run several, email us at hello@reviewflo.ai and we'll sort out a rate rather than have you sign up one at a time.

A review comes in Spanish, the reply goes out in Spanish. You get an English summary so you always know what was said and what you said back. No guessing with Google Translate.

Completely. Every restaurant's data is isolated. Your reviews, replies, and notes are never shared with or visible to anyone else. Your data is yours.

Most review tools hand you a draft and leave you to catch the problems. ReviewFloAI is built with Guard, which checks every reply before you see it: missing apologies, echoed complaints, banned phrases, sarcasm, and sensitive situations that generic AI misses. Built specifically for restaurants, not adapted from a general business template. And there are no usage credits or contracts. Month-to-month, cancel anytime.
