1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ReviewFloAI ("Service"), operated by ReviewFloAI LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReviewFloAI is an AI-powered review response management platform for restaurants. The Service connects to your Google Business Profile (with your permission) to help you manage and respond to customer reviews.

Key aspects of the Service:

• We access your Google Business Profile reviews with your explicit authorization via Google OAuth.
• We use artificial intelligence (OpenAI) to generate draft responses to your reviews.
• All AI-generated responses are drafts — you review, edit, and approve every response before it is posted.
• We never post responses on your behalf without your approval.

3. Account Registration

To use ReviewFloAI, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Google Business Profile Access

By connecting your Google Business Profile, you grant ReviewFloAI permission to:

• Read your Google reviews
• Post replies to reviews on your behalf (only when you click "Post")

We do not access your email, modify your business information, or perform any actions beyond reading reviews and posting approved replies. You can disconnect your Google account at any time from Settings.

ReviewFloAI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate draft responses. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is a suggestion, not professional advice.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before posting.
• We are not liable for any content you choose to post, whether AI-generated, edited, or written by you.
• AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate — our quality checks reduce but do not eliminate this risk.

6. Pricing & Billing

ReviewFloAI offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial:

• Starter Plan: $49/month — single location, 1 user
• Auto-Pilot Plan: $79/month — single location, auto-posting after learning period
• Pro Plan: $199/month — up to 3 locations, up to 3 users

Prices may change with 30 days' notice. You can cancel anytime from your Billing page — no calls, no emails, no hoops. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

7. Data Ownership

Your data is yours. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Review content and AI-generated responses remain your property. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate or abuse the AI system
• Post defamatory, threatening, or harassing content through the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, data models, or underlying processes of the Service, including AI response generation, quality assessment, and content classification systems
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers, or data mining tools) to access, extract, collect, or copy any data, content, or functionality from the Service
• Access or use the Service for the purpose of building, training, or improving a competing product or service, or to benchmark the Service against any competing product
• Systematically collect AI-generated responses, quality scores, or classification outputs to create a dataset or train any machine learning model
• Probe, test, or attempt to circumvent the Service's security, quality, or safety systems
• Sublicense, resell, or redistribute the Service or any output thereof
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users

9. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Systems

The Service contains proprietary technology, including AI response generation pipelines, quality assessment logic, content classification methods, prompt engineering, and security systems. These constitute trade secrets and confidential information of ReviewFloAI LLC.

You acknowledge that:

• The methods, rules, and configurations used to generate, evaluate, and protect review responses are proprietary to ReviewFloAI.
• AI-generated outputs, while your property to use for your business, may not be used to reverse-engineer or replicate the underlying systems that produced them.
• Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or disclosure of our proprietary systems may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@reviewflo.ai. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewFloAI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated responses will be accurate, appropriate, or error-free.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
